Biography
Carrie Sanders McKeehan was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She earned a bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University and Bellarmine University in 1999, a graduate degree from Kentucky State University in 2011, and a graduate degree from Asbury University in 2015, . Her career experience includes working as an educator. She has been associated with Right to Life, American Family Association, KY Liberty Caucus, and Constitutional KY.[1]

|Carrie Sanders McKeehan was born and raised in Louisville Kentucky and is an Educator in the public and private sector. Prior to being a teacher, Carrie flourished in a career doing Social Services serving families and childcare facilities. She earned her Educational Specialist Degree, Master of Arts in Special Education, and Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies.

To represent the concerns of my constituents and to make good laws that help our communities.
I worked for The Cabinet for Health and Family Services as a Case Management Specialist and Human Services Surveyor. I worked there for four and half years before becoming an educator.
The ideal relationship between the governor and state legislature is a relationship that is compatible, holds respect and has mutual understanding with each issue.
The greatest challenges our state holds over the next decade is improved educational opportunities, greater fiscal responsibility within our government, and new business opportunities.
I am for a three branch government system for checks and balances that will allow our constitution to be upheld.
Building strong relationships with other legislators is paramount because working together has a better result, which means better laws.
