About this tour

Join us and discover one of the most beautiful hikes in the province of Valencia. During this hike we will enjoy places of great natural beauty, among them 2 waterfalls: the Cueva de Turche and the Cueva de las Palomas. In addition, we will see other places of Buñol as its castle or the street of the Tomatina.

It will be a relaxed hike where we will visit various spots that the Juanes River has shaped over time. We will make a longer stop at the place where we will enjoy a picnic with local products.

Hiking description

It is an easy hike, but it requires a minimum physical condition since we will walk 12 km with a 350-meter elevation gain. Along the hike, we find a rocky downhill section, which although it has no difficulty, does require some agility. There is the option to walk just 7 km and return in our vehicle, visiting the main points of interest along the way.

Includes organisation, hiking guide, picnic with local products and cold drinks, photos of the day, liability and accident insurance.

Transportation to Buñol is not included. *Private transportation from Valencia is available at an additional cost.

How to get there/meeting point:

We will meet at Buñol train station at 10:20. To get to Buñol you can come with your vehicle or by train departing at 09:14 from Valencia Nord (you can also take this same train at the station “Valencia Fuente San Luis” at 09:24 and at “Valencia Sant Isidre” at 09:33) arriving at Buñol at 10:20.

Everything will be explained in detail once booked, also for those who want to join, there will be a WhatsApp group where photos of the day will be shared. As many people come alone, it is also very useful to meet more people coming to the excursion and take the train together.

Other information of interest

*Minimum 6 people for the excursion to take place.

*The tour is scheduled to end around 5:00 pm/ 6:00 pm.

*Let us know in case of diets or intolerances.

*On the hike, there are wooden stairs in perfect condition but they may cause vertigo to people sensitive to vertigo.

*Bring water (at least 1.5L in summer), comfortable clothes, appropriate footwear and sun protection, especially in summer.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation is free if made more than 7 days before the scheduled excursion.

A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 7 and 4 days before the scheduled excursion.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made 3 days or less before the scheduled excursion.

In case of adverse weather conditions or not reaching the minimum number of participants, a full refund.
