Survey will focus on English Coulee renewal master plan

AE2S and the City of Grand Forks are working on an English Coulee Renewal Master Plan. The plan will include data on water quality, flow, and recreational opportunities. As part of the project, a digital survey has been developed to gather input on improving recreation along the coulee.
