Español: Hecha por Ferdinand von Miller en Münich Alemania en 1830. Conjunto de esculturas en bronce que representan en el centro arriba a Simón Bolívar, sostenido por 5 mujeres que representan las 5 naciones liberadas por él, en la base de cada una el escudo de cada país. En la parte inferior Clío musa de la historia, cerrando el conjunto 4 ángeles anunciando a los 4 puntos cardinales la batalla del Puente de Boyacá y la gesta libertadora
