En el sector del El Tamarindo I, primeramente, y en la actualidad en la comunidad de Ñamacual, por la calle principal, se encuentra San Pascual Baylon, el cual en época antigua, era custodiado por el Sr. Cruz Hurtado, el cual lo recibió de su madre Antonia Hurtado y que en la actualidad lo custodia su nieta, la Sra. Carmen Tomasa Hurtado Guarache, nacida el 07 de marzo de 1945, en el Sector El Tamarindo de Caigua. A este Santo, cuando no llovía lo colocaban en el medio del conuco, a fin de rogar su intercesión ante Jesús, para que enviase la anhelada lluvia. Ademas contaba con una Hermandad que velaba por realizarle sus "Velorios", en los cuales se le cantaba el tradicional Aguinaldo, ademas de Fulia y Galeron, entonados incluso por el mismo Sr.Cruz Hurtado.Cuando se iba a empezar la danza en sus "Nacimientos", se le pedía permiso para bailar, este Santo tiene fama de milagrero y se nota por los "Milagritos" que cuelgan de su cintura. |
