English: The Boar's Head at Higher Poynton, Cheshire Now run by Pubmaster, this public house is conveniently by the Middlewood Way, a recreational footpath along the former Macclesfield, Bollington and Marple Railway. Is this the old Temperance Coffee House opened in 1876 for the "benefit" of local miners?
