Karnataka Election Result 2023: Terdal is an Assembly constituency in the south Indian state of Karnataka which is scheduled to hold elections in May this year. A General category seat, Terdal Vidhan Sabha constituency falls in the Bagalkot district. The constituency no. 20 is part of the Kittur Karnataka region of the state.

The Terdal Assembly constituency went to polls on May 10 and the counting of votes took place on May 13. After the Karnataka Assembly election result is declared, a political party or an alliance of parties will require a minimum of 113 seats in the Karnataka Assembly to form the government in Karnataka.

Indian National Congress' (INC) candidate Siddappa Ramappa Konnur will fight to wrest power from Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) sitting MLA Siddu Savadi. Savadi had ousted Congress in 2018 to return for a second term in office. Earlier, he had held the Terdal Vidhan Sabha seat in 2008, but was defeated by Congress' Umashree in 2013.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has fielded Arjun Halagigoudar and the Janata Dal Secular (JDS) has nominated Suresh Arjun Madivalar from Terdal.
Terdal Assembly Election 2018
BJP leader Siddu Savadi won the Terdal Assembly polls in 2018. He defeated Congress' Umashree by a margin of 21,113 votes.
In the 2018 Karnataka Assembly polls, a total of 2,20,421 electors were registered. This included 1,10,518 male, 1,09,893 female and 10 third gender electors. A voter turnout of 78.77 per cent was logged in Terdal in the 2018 Karnataka Vidhan Sabha election.
