James G. “Greg” Baldwin, age 78 of Bolivar, MO, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Citizens Memorial Hospital Bolivar, MO.  He was born November 19, 1944, in Flemington, MO, to James Russell and Elizabeth Lamoine (Gourley) Baldwin.  He graduated from Humansville High School, the class of 1963.  He was united in marriage to Kathy Floyd September 2, 1983. He was a member of the Rondo Baptist Church.

          Greg was a good dad and a wonderful husband.  He loved his grandkids and would do anything for them.  He enjoyed watching “John Wayne” movies and could talk to anyone about anything.  In his younger years he loved working and doing things outside.

          He is preceded in death by his parents; and a sister Connie Baldwin.

          Greg is survived by his wife of 39 years Kathy of the home; four daughters’: Betty Miller of Piedmont, OK, Melissa Baldwin of NC, Sherry Michel and husband Jason of Springfield, MO, and Amanda Frost and husband Matt of Stockton, MO; 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a sister Kay Pitts and husband Bob of Flemington, MO; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

          Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, April 10, 2023, at Pitts Chapel with Pastor Jodi Burch officiating.  Burial will follow at Flemington Cemetery Flemington, MO.  Visitation will be held one hour before the service Monday, April 10, 2023, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.  Online condolences may be made at: www.greenlawnfuneralhome.com.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Pitts Chapel Bolivar, MO.
