Jeep Safari "NATURE TOUR SALTO DEL GUAYABO + BIRAN HISTORICAL SITE"

Our agency offers panoramic tours through the most important sites of history, culture and life in Cuba today.

Birán Historical Site is a symbolic and emblematic place of the contemporary history of Cuba, where Fidel and Raul Castro Ruz, the maximum leaders of the Cuban Revolution, were born on August 13, 1926 and five years later, on June 3, 1931, his brother Raúl. The Historic Complex of Biran is located in a remote village between hills and sugarcane fields, with an extension of 26 hectares. It is made up of 11 well-preserved facilities, representative of vernacular wooden architecture, located in a relevant environmental setting. The site preserves a complex that functions as a museum, which includes the house where Fidel was born, an almost exact replica of the one that burned down in 1954, as well as a small store, the post office, the La Paloma bar, the hotel, the butcher's shop, the little school and the cockfighting fence.

In the Guayabo Falls, located in the plateau of Pinares de Mayari at 140 meters above sea level, located in the National Park La Mensura, you will hike along trails observing different species of trees, orchids and ferns listening to the song of numerous species of birds. You will enjoy a typical Cuban lunch in a ranchon overlooking the waterfall.
