COROICO TOUR (LA PAZ - COROICO CITY - THE THREE WATERFALLS - UCHUMACHI HILL)

  • Coroico city is a place lost among mountains, clouds, rivers, waterfalls and much vegetation. It is located in the province of Yungas on the slopes of the Uchumachi mountain, 2 and a half hours from the city of La Paz. At first impression it is a small town without grace, but then you begin to discover its treasures when you get lost between its small streets of earth and hills. The magic awakens when the birds sing and when the butterflies surround you as you walk. It is undoubtedly for those who seek peace, rest, beautiful landscapes, pure air, silence and security.
  • Cerro Uchumachi, one of the attractions to visit during this tour, is a natural geological formation of more than 500 meters high that stands out among the scenic beauty of the area, at an altitude of 2,500 meters above sea level.
  • In the third waterfall, called "Jalancha", in the community of San Felix, you will find some stone walls that form a beautiful swimming pool. It is shown in all its fullness in the rainy season.

The yungas of Coroico are tropical and humid valleys with high mountains covered with vegetation and flowing rivers. The natural environment allows the visitor to enjoy a very pleasant and unforgettable experience.
