We are available at all times. San Martin is an environmentally friendly Hotel participating in the fight against climate change. We hope you will join us in this cause, and you can do so by following our very simple guidelines.

Room Guidelines

- 2pm Check-in. 11am Checkout. 30 minutes overstay will be a charge of an extra night.
- The hotel aera (Pool, Garden and Rooms) is just for hotel guest, it's forbidden to bring other person it the property.
- Its forbidden to consume any kind of drugs in the Hotel property!

- Any damage to hotel property will result in a charge between $1000-$5000 pesos.

- Towels in the rooms are for room use only. Please do not remove them from the hotel. Towels will be replaced once a week for long-term stays. Should you require a new towel earlier, please leave the towel on the floor where the cleaner can see it and she will replace it. ( Save water, save the world, make a change)

- Please do not flush toilet paper. Please put it in the bin provided.

- Smoking is absolutely forbidden inside the rooms with a penalty charge of $4000 pesos.

- PLEASE turn off the air conditioner and the fan when the room is not in use. Should the devices be left turned on, the hotel will enter the room and turn it off. (Save energy save the world, make a change)

- Please keep the noise down and be mindful of the other guests.

- Please do not take what is not yours in the hotel.

- A kind reminder. Tipping is sexy

Pool Guidelines

- Pool is open from 9am-9pm.
- IMPORTANT! Please do not leave your child unattended in the pool area. San Martin will not accept any responsibility for accidents. SAFETY FIRST!!!!!!!
- Only swimwear is permitted in the pool. This applies to adults, children and babies.
- Consuming food and drink while in the pool is forbidden.
- Pool towels are provided for you use. Please ask reception.
- Smoking in the pool is PROHIBITED! Smokers please use ashtrays. Please ask reception.
- Again please be mindful of guests
