Such as Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events that is approved by our local government or by Airbnb. Otherwise, alteration is only available if your check-in is more than 2 weeks, and the Firm cancellation policy will apply.
CANCELATIONRULES /TERMS: Holiday and weekend and peak season booking is non-rebook able / non-cancellable but transferable. Re-schedule or rebooking for small group is allow 2 weeks before the booking date only or can be TRANSFERABLE BUT IF its EVENT OR HOLIDAY SEASON and peak season OR EXCLUSIVE RENTAL or BIG GROUPS need to rebook 45 days before the event, so we still have time to fix the schedule. If canceling your exclusive booking 3 weeks or 1 month before the booking date automatic charge of 50% of your final total quotation. If canceling 2weeks before or on the spot of your exclusive reservation date your payment will be FORFEITED 100% NOT REFUNDABLE. We offer free hot and cold mineral water for drinking.
-NO CIGARETE SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOMS, BALCONY & LOUNGE, we have designated area for smoking
-COOKING / HEATING STRICTLY NOT ALLOW INSIDE THE ROOM & BALCONY
-INCASE OF BROWN OUT, no worries, WE HAVE GENERATOR for LIGHTS & FAN, we also have EMERGENCY LIGHT every room.
