<p>The Oaks sleep up to 12 people split across two barns. The smaller barn is called The Piggery and has two bedrooms and the larger barn called The Main Barn has four bedrooms. Both barns have their own kitchen, dining and living area with log burner and garden with hot tub. This is ideal so you have your own space as well as time spent together.</p>
<p>The Main Barn has a dining table that seats 12 as well as a large additional lounge upstairs on the mezzanine floor which can also seat 12 on the enormous U shaped sofa.</p>

Lovely open plan living and we all enjoyed chilling in the cosy upstairs tv room!

Lovely cottage. Good location for our trip and beautiful countryside. Charlotte was very responsive to the only minor issue with the hot tub. Her husband was over to fix it within 15 minutes and got things sorted. 
Great to be able to take our dog too.

Absolutely adored The Oak Barns. Simply beautiful! Everything was perfect was beginning to end. The interior has been so tastefully done with lovely furnishing and gorgeous little finishing touches. Exceptionally comfy bedrooms which were spotless. Modern bathrooms too with fluffy towels. The Piggery which we also booked was sweet. The perfect addition to the main barn. It goes without saying the the hot tubs were fabulous ❤️ Charlotte was an excellent host and always replied quickly to my endless questions!! I will definitely be back. Thank you! X

Had the best weekend celebrating our friends birthday. The house is SO much better in person. Everything you could need, so much space and all absolutely loved our stay and the hotubs were a bonus. Charlotte was always quick to reply and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a group weekend, and would definitley consider again in the future!

We had a lovely time staying in both the Barn and the Piggery.  They are both fantastic properties - immaculately presented and light and spacious.  Hot tubs and barbecues in both properties.  Hosts were responsive and helpful.  We came with two dogs and it was excellent for them (secure spaces in both properties and with the ability to close the fence into the property so they could go between both safely).  Would thoroughly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

Charlotte’s place was in a really great location.  We had everything we needed and lots of space.  Much better than being in a hotel.  Everything was functional and easy to work.  The beds were really comfy.  Layout was great and the hot tub and little enclosed garden was a real bonus.  There was ample parking and gates to the driveway and property made it feel really private and secure.  Charlotte was on hand via Airbnb messaging to help whenever required.

Charlotte’s place was perfect for what we wanted for the weekend! My friends and I stayed there for my 30th birthday and it had everything we needed. Rooms were great and all the shared spaces are so fun plus the hot tubs were amazing. Charlotte was incredibly responsive and helpful - would highly recommend this Airbnb!

The Oaks Barns are absolutely fantastic. My friends and I hire a cottage each summer and we all agreed this is our favourite one we've stayed in. It was easy to find, Charlotte was very responsive, helpful and gave very clear instructions on how to find it and how to check ourselves in. The inside of both barns is stunning, exactly like the pictures. With both barns, we had plenty of space for 8 of us. We loved having two kitchens, two hot tubs etc. The beds were really comfortable and we had all the basics we needed (towels, dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, two bbqs etc). Really can't rate this place highly enough. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay and had a great time!! Gorgeous house, everyone complimented. The upstairs was perfect for a group chill out and the hot tubs were a welcome treat. A few local Parkruns to choose from for a Saturday morning start. Check out time was perfect, although we all wished we could have stayed so much longer as nobody wanted to leave from having such a great time.

You wonât be disappointed. It is exactly as listed. Charlotte is a delightful host. The place is positioned perfectly just 10min out of hedge end on the outskirts of Southampton. Great to explore the wider area or just have a short break in the countryside. The beds are very comfortable with high quality bedding. Kitchen is fully functioning and WiFi is solid. Big 55in Smart TV all good. Itâs warm but if your chilly (which I doubt) thereâs a lovely wood burner to boost the temperature. Highly recommend both the property and the host. We will come again.

Thank you for the most incredible experience Charlotte. We thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities and we couldnât get enough of the 2 hot tub! The venue was clean and we had a good night sleep! The venue is ideal for large families/parties!  Location is fantastic as there are shops only 5 minutes away by car. It is great value of money and I would highly recommend! Once again, thank you for the beautiful  memories we now have as a family.

Fantastic stay for 3 generations of the family. Everyone loved it and the hot tubs and great upstairs lounge space were a great hit.
Lots to do in the area and some good child friendly pubs. Would highly recommend. 
We hired a chef from DineIndulge for our sonâs birthday celebration and it was superb. Excellent weekend all in all.

just back from an amazing stay, the host Charlotte couldn't do enough to help us and the place is immaculate and absolutely stunning, we had a big family weekend away and there was ample space for us to spend time together. location wise there is a pub up the road and youra shirt drive to the beach, Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester etc.. cannot rate this highly enough and we will be staying again !

Just a stunning conversion with all the mod cons you could need for a relaxing and luxurious break. Plenty of room for everyone and fun to be had - we barely wanted to leave the complex at all as there was enough to keep us occupied there. The barns are perfectly placed for exploring the area too with most places of interest within half an hour away. The cinema room at the mezzanine was the stuff of dreams and made for cosy movie nights for us all. Thanks so much, Charlotte and Thomas, we’ll be back!

Wow, what a beautiful property and absolutely perfect for our family get together. There has been so much attention to detail in the design of the barns and the beds are super comfy! The barns are in a lovely, quiet location and we really didn’t want to go home - will definitely return again!!

We enjoyed our stay at The Piggery and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break away - ideal location for exploring Southampton and The New Forest including Peppa Pig World. Finished to a very high standard with all the amenities you could ask for! The garden area is fantastic and if we had stayed longer we would of made use of the BBQ!

A really well finished property which is located in a great spot for all sorts of family entertainment. The property very much delivered on what was listed and we wouldn’t hesitate to return there if staying in this area again. Charlotte was incredibly responsive to any communication before and during our stay.

Wonderful stay in these fabulous barns! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! We had such a lovely time. The barns are beautiful, well furnished with stunning features. The kitchens and bathrooms are lovely too and the beds are really comfortable. Great hot tubs too! Only 20/25 minutes in a taxi or driving into Southampton centre which is very handy. Excellent communication and great value for money! Highly recommend a stay! Thank you!

Wow what can I say! I had a beautiful stay here with my friends and family. The finish of the barns is perfect inside and out. The barns definitely have the wow factor and we all had a wonderful time staying here. The hot tubs and fire pit make a excellent addition to the complex and the hosts were amazing and were always in touch if needed. Will be booking again next year for sure!!

The Oaks was a fantastic stay, the main barn is an incredible space with great facilities, comfortable and very well decorated. The covered fire-pit outside and hot tub were great for the evenings. No reason to leave the complex as it had it all, would've happily stayed longer! Charlotte & Thomas also kept us updated with all info we needed and made us feel very welcome. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend :)

Couldn’t recommend enough

Just wow! If we could give this more than 5 stars we would. Everything has been so carefully planned and thought out. My eldest son was celebrating his 30th and eldest daughter her 33rd birthdays so the whole family went away for what proved to be a fabulous weekend! Charlotte’s responses to our queries was almost immediate, so helpful and nothing too much trouble. We particularly loved the hot tubs, the comfy beds, stunning bathrooms and the pièce de résistance, the mezzanine lounge, what a wow factor! From our social media posts everyone wants to know where this is - as my eldest son said “Mum this is the best place we’ve ever stayed” xx

Me and my family had an amazing time at The Oaks, both houses were spacious, cosy and beautifully decorated. The beds were sooo comfortable! We absolutely loved it, no complaints from anyone in my family, including my parents and the little ones. The hosts communication was excellent throughout. What a stunning place! Perfect for lots of friends or family to get together. There is plenty of space and room for everyone! The barns are beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean with everything to make the stay comfortable. There is a big table which would comfortably seat 10 people. And the BBQ, two hot tubs and the firepit meant that we barely left the place all weekend despite the weather as everyone was happy to just enjoy the fantastic space the barns provided. Thanks to Charlotte and Thomas for a great weekend.

A lovely 2 bedroom converted barn. The project was completed in March 2021. The barn, originally dating back to early 1900's has undergone extensive work to create this luxurious accommodation including open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge.
