As you can see from my CV are a young Aerospace Engineer, I received my BSc in Aerospace Engineering [Università degli Studi di Bologna] in 2006. In the last 15 years I held various work experience within the aviation world.
I worked like Performance Engineer & Navigation for four year (ItAli airlines – Fixed wing operator charter/executive MD-80, SA227, C510 and Do328 ) and in the rest of the time like a Quality / Compliance Monitoring Manager and Safety Manager (Hoverfly srl – Helicopter Operator / Hoverfly tech – Maintenance Organisation). The latter is a helicopter company helicopter, which is mainly engaged in passenger and freight transport. For the same group Hoverfly I was also the Quality Manager of AMO Part-145 (Line and Base Maintenance helicopter AS350, AS365, AS355, R22 / R44).
At the moment I'am a Compliance Monitoring Manager and Safety Manager of Pescara Airport (Abruzzo International Airport) and Accountable Manager but until 31 may of 2018 I have been a Safety Manager / Quality Manager / Compliance Monitoring Manager and Head of Quality Assurance UNI ISO 9001: 2015 and 14001:2015 of the Operator Hoverfly srl.
During my time in the Hoverfly Operator like a Compliance Monitoring/Quality Manager I was able to distinguish myself as a proficient and motivated employee. In particular, in the Hoverfly Srl was able to reduce the Authority's finding of 80% in two years, succeeding in extending the Authority surveillance (PBO) period as per Reg.(EU) 965/2012 both Operations and CAMO aerea, and collaborating to improve trust between Operator and Authority Team member both ENAC and EASA.
I was chosen, by the Hoverfly’s Accountable Manager like focal point for obtaining the Operator
In the last period as Safety and Compliance Monitoring Manager for Abruzzo International airport I have contributed, thanks to the applied knowledge in the Compliance and Safety in the fixed/rotor wing and maintenance sector, to develop the Airport Compliance Monitoring System / Safety Management System as per Reg.(EU) 139/2014. Currently I’am also Instructor/Assessor for our organization in the Compliance assurance, SMS, Airport Emergency Plan and some Airport Operative Procedure (Obstacles, AWO, Airfield Inspection ecc).
I consider myself a dynamic, enterprising and capable of problem solving and management, maintaining the right level of self-criticism and modesty. Also important is the ability to work in team, to adapt to the needs of the facility where work and especially the desire to learn and grow in an important group.
