GEORGIE + SAM’S BEAUTIFUL HEDSOR HOUSE WEDDING
The reason that I was able to photograph Georgie and Sam’s gorgeous Hedsor House wedding was not the usual pathway. A fellow photographer became sick and was unable to be involved with their day. It is the most unique of circumstances. But in a strange twist of fate it meant that I was able to be present at a wonderful day. It has always been a dream of mine to photograph a Hedsor House wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning. As a wedding photographer you are spoilt for choice on locations to use.
Georgie and Sam both got ready at Hedsor House which is a dream for preparation photography. I was able to go between both rooms and document the couples morning antics. Georgie got ready with all of her bridesmaids surrounded with laughter and champagne. The bridal suit at Hedsor House has all the space to accomodate many people without feeling claustrophobic. The bathroom is big enough to house a party! It also as it happened was the most perfect place to hang Georgie’s fabulous dress from Anna McDonald bridal.
Georgie and Sam’s day was so full of love it was infectious. The emotion that was present on Sam’s face when Georgie walked down the aisle was enough to bring a tear to the most cynical of hearts. His pure love was so beautiful. That is the magic of a wedding. It never ceases to amaze me or make me feel less humbled. The couple then had a gloriously sunny reception in the gardens of Hedsor House with garden games and gorgeous canapés from the fabulous Caper and Berry. With an amazingly stormy sunset portrait session and a thumping dance floor – this wedding was such a pleasure to be a part of.
