Island of Lagoon is located at Barangay San Agustin, Limasawa Island. limasawa lagoon is one of the most- visit tourist attraction in Limasawa Island. it s about 30 minutes away from the town proper and it offers breathtaking views. 

The entrance fee in only 25php for adults, 20Php for senior citizens and 10php for kids. 

Molopolo Beach


Molopolo White Beach is located in Barangay Molopolo, Liloan, Southern Leyte. It’s 100.6 km from Maasin City (Southern Leyte’s capital) via Bato-Bontoc Road. You have to pass the Liloan-St. Bernard crossing. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Barangay Molopolo from the national highway. You should take note that this barangay is just before the town proper; thus if you have passed through the Liloan bridge, you are lost. If you are riding a bus, ask the conductor you are going to Molopolo.

The beach doesn’t have the finest white sand but there are plenty of trees that provide shade from the scorching heat of the sun.

Entrance fee to the beach is only 5 pesos. Cottages are available at 250 pesos. 

Tangkaan Beach


Tangkaan Beach was in Padre Burgos Southern leyte. It is considerd as the white Sandy beach because of the white sand and the sea was very clear and the coral reefs are can be seen two to three kilometers from the shore during low tides. The name itself was taken from the word bisaya “tangka” which means to attempt. In the late decades, the moros attempt to raid in the place but due to strong current their boats couldn’t get in the land. Now the place is called TangkaanThis place is very famous to have a variety of rock formations and it is called as “rocky paradise”.They dont have cottages like other resorts but they have concrete tables with concrete rectangular long chairs. There entrance fee is only 10 php.while the cottages are 100php per table.

Dakdak Beach Resort


Located in Barangay Lugsongan, Island Municipality of Limasawa, Southern Letter. The beach is 2-3 hectares beach property on the east of Limasawa.This is an exclusive place where you can enjoy without any hindrances. The beautiful beach has a mixture of white enticing sand and coarser coral sand.

Santa Sofia Beach


Santa Sofia is a beach located in southern Leyte at Tangkaan, or Tancaan, Point in Barangay Padre Burgos. The relatively uncrowded stretch of alabaster sand is lined with mangrove and palm trees that provide natural shade. Calm, clear waters make Santa Sofia an excellent beach for swimmers and snorkelers. Once out of the water, climb the concrete watchtower for spectacular views of Sogod Bay and Limasawa Island. The nearby Buenavista Fish Sanctuary also offers diving and snorkeling opportunities

Santa Sofia marine protected area is a great dive site. It is situated south of Padre Burgos follow the road to Brgy Tankaan. This dive can be done from shore or boat. It has an abundance of hard coral mostly around 10 to 12 meters 45 degree coral slope drops down to 25 meters has sandy patches where nudie branchs and crocodile fish are regularly found. Has been a marine sanctuary since 2005. Things to see nudie branchs, ghost pipe fish, flamboyant cuttlefish, hawks bill turtles, giant travally, frog fish humped head wrasse and occasional eagle ray.
