BRAND STORE

The Brand Store presents pans, roasters, pots and other products from the brand over an area of around 160 m2. The Brand Store's range focuses strongly on Swiss Made products: For example, the DUROMATIC® pressure cooker, which is well-known and popular throughout Switzerland and was developed and launched by Jacques Kuhn back in 1949. But other typical Kuhn Rikon innovations such as the energy-saving HOTPAN® and DUROTHERM®, the Swiss Made cookware lines MONTREUX and LOCARNO or the particularly sustainable NEW LIFE® lines can also be found in the store. Last but not least, the artfully, traditionally hand-painted Rheinfeld ceramic tableware, fondue accessories and many other useful kitchen gadgets are also on sale.

And since it is a well-known fact that the proof of the pudding is in the eating, you can put all the products through their paces in our shops. After all, design, functionality and quality can best be judged in practice.

SERVICE-CENTER

Do you want to do something good for your Kuhn Rikon product? Then take advantage of our care and repair service.

Trained experts will repair your Kuhn Rikon cookware or give it a new shine. We can grind out burnt-on spots, straighten the base, revise DUROMATIC®, replace fittings, carry out functional checks and much more. Your products are received by our sales staff and forwarded to the Repair and Service Centre. Once the order has been carried out, your revised product will be returned to you directly by post within a few working days.

We have a large stock of spare parts, so you can also obtain spare parts for Kuhn Rikon products that have not been available on the market for a long time.

Free check-up for your pressure cooker. A Kuhn Rikon expert will check the *sealing rings, valves and springs on site and replace them if necessary. Bring your Duromatic to our store.
*Spare parts used for repairs will be charged.
