WESTERN HILLS, Ohio (WKRC) - Changes are coming to a heavily-traveled corner in Western Hills as new development will soon take over the site of the old McAlpin's turned Sears building in the Western Hills Plaza.
The new plans call for the current building to be demolished and replaced with brand new buildings, featuring two different plazas with seven retail businesses and one fast casual-style restaurant.
The Western Hills Plaza is operated by Brixmor, which runs 400 retail centers across the country.
According to Brixmor, 30,000 vehicles drive by the site each day and more than 100,000 people live within three miles.
Exact stores or restaurants that could move into the complex or not yet known.
Green Township announced a new Olive Garden coming to Glenway Ave., less than a half-mile down the road from the Western Hills Plaza.
