I have to go here every three months for PET Scans and everyone was lovely...I didn't have to wait long after my appointment arrival time and the clinical staf was just as helpful and attentive as one could possibly ask for. The administrative staff was warm and friendly and always gets my films and reports where they need to go and in very good time..

The technician was completely unprofessional. I have read the reviews and it seems apparent that there are issues with the mammography department. The technician was extremely aggressive in my arm movements during the testing with a full rotator cuff tear. Never again. I advise anyone against going to this facility for a mammogram. Being asked personal questions while in a public area was disturbing to add to the already unpleasant experience. One star is actually being generous.

Everyone was fantastic, such a friendly place to go for testing. Very clean. I would recommend to others.

This place is a joke. The staff doesn't give a flying anything about you as a patient, every last move is at their convenience with no regard to you. Go somewhere that won't make you drive all over NJ after losing your images, 3 times, to finally obtain them. After canceling and rescheduling appointments with no regard for patient or her schedule. The staff is downright rude. Unacceptable if I was that business owner. Sad that a place for injured people doesn't actually want to take care of them, just be sure to empty your wallet on the way in.

I don't know why the last review was terrible but my experience with Atlantic Imaging was terrific. Everyone explained all the procedures and the front desk was excellent. They informed me that they would be a little late and kept me posted at all times. Everyone was pleasant and I have used them for multiple diagnostics.

They take the pics; you pay your money. The location is very convenient for me. I assume they correctly read/interpret the images. They instruct you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This may be to complete any additional paperwork. However, during the course of 20++ visits over the years I have NEVER been called to the desk within 10 minutes of arrival. (This includes the times in past years when I arrived 15 minutes early per their instructions.) On 8/28/'18 I arrived at 8:44 for an 8:45 appointment. I was called to the desk for my script at 8:59. About ten minutes later I was called for the x-rays. The front desk people are acceptable. The techs have always been very good on all levels. One note: If waiting for the disk/record to take with you don't assume you will be notified when it's available. (I learned this the hard way after waiting 55 minutes earlier this year.) Check with (bug) the desk personnel every few minutes.
