If there has ever been something that deserved five stars, this is it.

The Big Oak Ranch takes in children up to the age of eighteen and provides them with the life and family structure that they weren't previously afforded. The people that work at the boys and girls ranches have literally dedicated their lives to helping these children. It boggles the mind to hear their stories.

The grounds are immaculate and 100% maintained by the on-site staff and residents. The kids have farm animals to tend to, a beautiful lake with canoes to frolic in, and some beautiful homes to live in.

If you ever get a chance to be involved with The Big Oak Ranch, do it. If there's ever a fund raiser for The Big Oak Ranch, attend it and donate what you can.
