Callison Farm Great Pyrenees

As a participant in the AKC “Bred with H.E.A.R.T.” program, we are committed to health testing our adults, staying current with breeding practices and canine health advances, complying with all AKC policies, being a responsible breeder, and upholding the tradition of producing happy and healthy Great Pyrenees. All of our adults are screened through DNA and OFA testing to eliminate any genetic disease so that our puppies all have the advantage of good genes. Here at Callison Farm Great Pyrenees, the primary focus in our breeding program is type, temperament, and health. We attempt to breed an outgoing, well balanced, healthy animal that will be a joy to live with. While many people prefer the shorter-nosed, bear headed Pyrs, we plan our breedings to produce animals that adhere to the American Kennel Club breed standard, and our puppies are great representatives of the AKC breed standard.
