Second time calling Carlos for my old fridge. He's very honest and reliable. He works Sunday if needed. Really friendly and would definitely call him for any other appliance repair needs.

I was in need of someone that could fix my washer so I turned to Yelp as usual. Being that it was Saturday, I found this guy with decent rates so I gave him a call. He scheduled to meet with me the following day (Sunday) between 9-9:30am which was perfect. I'm one with patience but I decided to reach out to him at 9:45am since he hadn't showed. He answered the call and sounded like he had just woken up. He says he had a long night and needed another hour to hour and a half to rest before he could come. WTF? This is very unprofessional and a waste of time for me. Thanks for nothing. Hope you get some rest.

Carlos is great! Rapid response. He came in less than an hour and had my refrigerator repaired for a very reasonable fee. His fee to diagnose is one of the lowest out there. Super nice guy. Can't recommend it enough. He's honest and transparent about repairing your appliances. To the ignorant and racist people that left negative reviews about Carlos because he speaks Spanish: Stop being stupid. It's 2020 and you live in California. Get with it. Highly recommend Carlos.

Sam day repair service, he arrived a few hours after I called. Ready with needed parts, quick repair to our Maytag dryer.

Excellent service!

He gave me an honest answer about the condition of my extremely old washer and dryer. The price he quoted me for the repair was more than fair. However, his recommendation was to replace rather than repair. I admit that I just didn't expect him to say that. I trusted his opinion and he certainly earned a future customer. It's nice walking away from this not feeling like I was being jerked around. I wouldn't have any reservations on having him look at any other future problems I may have with my appliances.

I also saw another reviewer mention that he struggles with English. I knew this before he arrived and I was a little apprehensive because I wasn't really sure if we would be able to understand each other. However, he pulled out his phone and started speaking into Google Translate. The communication wasn't even remotely a problem and quickly became a non-issue.

I gave him a call and he answered right way and came to my house the same day. He checked my washer, he was honest and told me I would need a new one and explained why. I asked him for his recommendation and he went above and beyond. He got me a new washer and even came and installed it! Will be calling him again for any appliance repair! Hes very nice, honest and just amazing!

Great customer service. After calling 3 different appliance repair numbers which resulted in getting the same guy (possibly contracted to multiple vendors) and he wasn't available for same day, we looked up Yelp and found Mr. Bolivar. We gave him enough information about our fridge issue and even by nearly 3:30pm - 4pm, he was still available to come in same day. Issue was resolved (Freon leak / Freon replacement / valve repair work) and our freezer is working excellent as well as our fridge. Amazing. So much better than having to buy a new fridge or some other issue. Price was reasonable as well.
