David's One Stop

I have been very disappointed almost every single visit to this establishment. The service is so bad I go less than 5 times a year if that many. I always order cheese sticks. There is one particular employee that always messes up the order. She's been working here for years so there is no excuse for always messing up an order. The most recent trip resulted in this employee making the wrong order, over charging me by about $6, remaking the order but burning it, then telling me it's not her fault because she can't control the oven temp. So I told her that when food is done, take it out of the oven. It's that simple. Don't let food sit in the oven, burn and then try to serve it to customers anyway. I had to get a refund and then drive 20 minutes to have another store who serves the same food just to get what I wanted made correctly. David's One Stop has given me this service consistently. Very disappointed.
