K and M Auto

We have been customers of K & M auto for several years now. They take care of all our cars, no matter if it's a +10 year old +200 K miles van, or a brand new German car. They are reliable and friendly. Now, the office area looks a little bit grimy, however that doesn't affect the skill of the mechanics.
I noticed that the YELP address isn't the correct address for K & M Auto. They are located on Camden Avenue in South Parkersburg.

Got my car inspected there and they had $400 worth of things that needed fixed that I did not need fixed. I took it to a thorough auto shop and it passed. My car doesn't have enough miles to need new breaks because I asked the shop.

If I could give it less stars, I would. This place charged me $1,400.00 for unneeded car repairs and not only did not fix the problem, when I got my car back they had not reinstalled the shroud for the inner wheel well, and the air conditioner and the power steering did not work anymore. They messed up my car worse than it was before I took it there. Then the owner tried to get me to pay $2,600.00 for more unneeded repairs that were not the problem.

My son and I have both had work done here. They have been great. I took my vehicle to another place first who gave me a nasty large quote and it turned out that wasn't even the fix. They could have been faster, BUT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, that's fair.

They are rude and they couldn't even figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Waste of time. I had to take my business elsewhere. They made a huge mess in my vehicle and the windows fell down as I was driving because they didn't put the door back together right. My brand new battery died a week later because they didn't put it in right, loose connection.
