I haven't been at McFadden Ranch for more than a couple days, but...
This property is fantastic. The owner, Sandy, is very kind, accommodating, and cares about your horse. Which speaks volumes, because I can breath easy that my horse will be cared for with expertise.

The facilities!

A huge indoor arena and round pen with great footing ... Outdoor arena... Tons of trails.. And beautiful backgrounds of the mountains!

I haven't been out and about to see more of the property, but so far it's a hell of a place :)
