One doctor (only 1 out of 3) that I had from here is fantastic and I'd never say anything bad about her. Sarah White is a great doctor and was nothing but kind to me. But the petty way that primary care runs their company should be looked at. I was dropped because of a $100 that i wanted to pay. After moving i never received any notices of a bill. i would of gladly paid the day i found out but apparently that was too late, and trying to pay online is impossible with this company. So when the Primary care person called to tell me they wouldn't take me back even if I paid the bill. She also let me know that they were dropping everyone and that they even dropped a bunch of people that only owed $25. Luckily there are a lot of other doctors around. Honestly I will miss my doctor but I will not miss dealing with the shit show that is Primary Care.

I only have one star because I have to. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE to get a hold of someone- I had a missed call yesterday to callback to go over test results. I called they said they'd have someone call me back ( at 2pm) here we are the next day STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL BACK! I called today AGAIN and no one answers. they need phones with that locations number at all . not just a MAIN NUMBER

The worst customer service ever! Doctors are great, though I've never seen the same two in a row, but boy getting an appointment or even past the call-in desk is the worst.
I'm leaving before I have a medical need to see a Dr within a month's time.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Emily L.Buffalo, NY797100390Feb 10, 2022
Happy to see other positive reviews of Dr. Darla Lane! Honestly, the last couple of years I have seen the NP Tracie Barlettta for my physicals and she is so so wonderful. Both Dr Lane and Tracie have always treated me like a real human. They take the time to listen, and don't just suggest things like "eat better" or "get more sleep". I'm always given a myriad of options, and have never been rushed out the door. I feel genuine empathy from both of them and that makes me so comfortable and happy to stick with them.
At the same time, I also trust in their knowledge to diagnose and treat me.
The check-in process can sometimes be a little crazy. The last time I went it seemed like maybe they were sharing/splitting the check-in space with another office? I wasn't sure but it was a bit loud and confusing. Ultimately it didn't at all take away from my experience because as usual, I was quickly bought to a room and seen not much longer after that.Helpful 15Thanks 0Love this 9Oh no 0 - 19222178Dec 2, 2020
So I understand the other reviewers disdain for the administration staff here, they're not the friendliest. However, at the Kenmore location I've never had an issue with them being impolite or unable to do their work.
I love the Kenmore location, it's clean and comforting with a modern design. My doctor and her PA are stupendously invested in their patients. I have never gone there and thought that I wasn't being heard or cared for. I see Dr. Darla Lane and she is so kind and soft spoken. Some doctors are all about their ego and steamrolling over your wishes. Not this one! She is thorough and happy to address any complaint. I used to be nervous to tell her about "silly" symptoms, but she's good at piecing them altogether to form a hypothesis and then treat the issue.
She's very open minded, too. When I told her I have a rare illness called mitochondrial disease, she had heard of it and believed me without demanding proof. So many doctors have told me I'm either misdiagnosed or completely faking. So it goes with invisible illnesses. Dr. Lane has never once looked at my symptoms through a skeptical lense. She takes your word at face value.
If you're looking for a new primary, I highly suggest it here. I'm sure the other locations are nice, too!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Amanda W.Irving, TX47793126Aug 15, 2022
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are so hard to get ahold of and their staff is rude. You wait on hold for hours for them to hang up on you. In my opinion she doesn't seem to really care much about her patients and I plan to switch primary drs asap.

I liked the office staff, medical assistant was very nice and efficient... LOVED the doctor. Friendly, caring, asked good questions, gave thorough annual exam- was a great listener, not rushed, spent a good deal of time in the room with me. I recommend!

The address is on Delaware Ave but turn down Tremaine and the parking lot and entrance to the building is at the back.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Sarah P.NY, NY02Apr 7, 2023
How many times have you waited at the doctors office? A ton right? Well not only will they make you wait but to get someone on the phone and make an appointment is burial. I have waited there in the waiting room for a 1/2 hour to be put in a room and wait sometimes even longer. I have thought I would only be there for an hour and come out after two. On top of that no one can give you an explanation of an issue you are having with your health. You will get sent for all these test and they don't follow up with you with the results. They tell you to use the portal and when you do it either goes unanswered or they tell you that you need to make an appointment. So now you are waiting on the phone again. The icing on the cake was I was 1 minute late from the allotted time and they told me that I had to reschedule. How many times have I waited for you and have never been late once until today. Time to find a new doctor.

I wish I would've seen the reviews before I scheduled an appointment here. I have test results I've been anxious about I was on hold for 2 HOURS. I still have not got a call back from a nurse to just let me know if I'm ok. I bet if they call me the call is not going to be any longer than 1 minute. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YOU COULD MOT TAKE 1 minute TO CALL ME AND TELL ME IM OK OR IM NOT. This is unbelievable I'm getting a new primary.

They never answer the phone---ever--you try calling for days and it just says your #---- even when they just got there--so you waste the time to drive there and they say oh we are so busy ( no one in the waiting room-parking lot empty or they always say we are having trouble with the phones--well get he problen fixed and the patient protal doesn't work either---so much for convenience---picked this office because it was close ---so much for that..
