Hi, my name is Jeanne Swift. I’m raising funds to help with the support of my rescue animals. It is my goal to have an online fundraiser to help with food, supplies and medical care twice a year, spring and fall. Most of the ones that I have rescued have been neighborhood strays or feral cats. To me nothing is more rewarding than to see the first signs of trust when a feral cat rubs his face again your hand. The cat in the picture is Osborne, a feral cat from my neighborhood. In the beginning he was very fearful and afraid of all human contact. Now all he wants is the human touch. With the help of a lot of compassionate people out there many of these cats have found their forever home. Others need patience, dedication, and a lot of love. People are always asking how they can help and the very best way other than adopting a pet, is to help share financially with their care. With the rising cost of pet food, litter, and medical care it can often become very overwhelming and expensive to be involved in saving animals, especially when you do it alone. Any amount is greatly appreciated, small or large. The money will go to buying food, litter and for medical care if needed. If you are unable to contribute to my cause, then please help by passing this on to others who may be able to donate. Another way to help is by trying to locate available foster homes and permanent homes for the many cats that are in need. I am very grateful to anyone who steps up to the plate to make room in their heart for an animal! Thank you, and God bless! Support my GoFundMe here: https://gofund.me/2f9b08e1 #fundraising
