On Monday, more than a dozen Emergency Care Center nurses enjoyed a morning of "caprine vinyasa" — otherwise known as goat yoga — courtesy of the Providence St. Joseph Hospital Foundation.

The goat yoga session was held through donations from former patients Melissa and Michael Lora. The Loras have been funding goat yoga sessions for nurses at St. Joseph out of gratitude for their effort and sacrifices during the COVID-19 pandemic.
