Wall Fair 2018 Music, Parking, Fireworks Information

WALL, NJ — If you are heading to the Wall Township Fair this week, here is some information and some reminders from the police department about parking for the event.

The fair runs from Thursday, June 28, through Sunday, July 1, when it ends with a fireworks display. There are food trucks and rides nightly, as well as live performances and the Wall Idol competition. There also are hayrides, a petting zoo and pony rides.

The Wall Police Youth Academy graduation is Friday at the fair, and there will be much more.

The fair runs 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.

There are ride wristbands available. The mega wristbands are $50 and are good for the entire fair. They must remain on the entire four days. Nightly wristbands are $30. Individual ride tickets are available. For more information click here.

Wall officials ask that all bags and coolers be left at home; those brought to the fair will be subject to searches.

For parking, Wall Township police issued the following reminders:

• Parking is at the parking area of the Wall Township Pop Warner Football Fields, located on Bailey’s Corner Road just north of the municipal complex. Parking will also be permitted on Williamsburg, Colonial and Concord Drives.
• No parking is permitted on Bailey's Corner or Allaire roads.
• Handicapped parking will be available at the Pop Warner fields. Police will be present to direct and assist the flow of traffic.
• At the end of the air each night, traffic will be directed from the North Parking Lot of the Pop Warner Complex north on Bailey’s Corner Road towards 18th Avenue. The South Parking Lot of the Pop Warner field will be directed south on Bailey’s Corner Road. Traffic from the Municipal Complex will be directed east on Allaire Road. Portions of Allaire Road and Bailey’s Corner Road will be closed during this time to expedite traffic. Residents and motorists should make alternate plans during this time.

For the fireworks display on Sunday evening:

The fireworks will begin at 9 p.m. and have a rain date of Friday, July 6.

Parking for the fireworks will be the same as for the fair: in the parking area of the Wall Township Pop Warner Football Fields, located on Bailey’s Corner Road just north of the Municipal Complex.
