'Welcome To Schwenksville' Mural Celebrated

The beautiful new "Welcome to Schwenksville" mural is an acknowledgement and celebration of the borough's historic past.

SCHWENKSVILLE, PA — Visitors coming into Schwenksville will now be greeted with a distinctive welcome that also holds historical significance.

Montgomery County Commissioners held a dedication ceremony for the new "Welcome to Schwenksville" mural last Friday afternoon.

The mural, which was funded by the Montco 2040 Implementation Grant Program, shows the original Schwenksville Train Station as it would have appeared at around the turn of the century.
