We got a pleasant surprise today when it was announced that not only is Ina Wroldsen bringing out a solo single, but that it is also premiering on Norwegian radio on this very day! That song is ‘Aliens (Her Er Jag)’ and that song has indeed premiered and you can listen to it below.
Ina Wroldsen is one of Norway’s bestest and most prolific songwriters, and she’s also one half of the duo Ask Embla. And so she’s been written about under both facets on these very pages many times before. She knows her way around a good pop song more than probably 99.67% of the global music industry – so it’s obviously a no-brainer that a solo single of hers is going to be the absolute shit. Newsflash: It is.
