LEXINGTON, Ky. — Carrie Underwood is headed to central Kentucky this fall as part of her sprawling "Denim & Rhinestones" 2022 tour.

The country legend will make a stop at Rupp Arena in Lexington on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022, one of the earliest stops in the 43-date U.S. tour that kicks off October 15.
Jimmie Allen, a rising star in the country music world boasting recent Best New Artist nods and awards, will open for Underwood during the tour.

“I’m thrilled to be hitting the road again," Underwood said in a news release. "I’m excited to bring the new music of Denim & Rhinestones to life on tour, as well as put new spins on familiar favorites."
Underwood said $1 from each ticket sold for the Denim & Rhinestones Tour will be contributed to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which has been helping America’s heroes since 9/11 by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children.
