Jambaro Mountain Resort in Brgy. Patag Silay City Negros Occidental.

Hello travelers, backpackers and people still searching for summer destinations.
Include this latest attraction here in the province of Negros Occidental.
A beautiful resort hiding in the mountains of Barangay Patag, city of Silay.
An hour away from the city proper taking a trip via Barangay Patag with transportation cost of 45 pesos only from
Silay public market.

If you have a private vehicle or motorcycle you can use the access road going to Sitio Lantawan plying Bacolod Silay airport road that will take 35-40 minutes.
This route will let you see the Lantawan view and the latest Duyan Café in Silay. So if you're not on a rush you can use this route for you to take pictures or eat snack in Duyan Café and proceed after to Jambaro resort.

Take note:

The Sitio Lantawan route is an upland portion with high-rise winding access road. Make sure to keep an eye while driving slowly for your own safety.

The Jambaro resort is located in a secluded area that you need to walk for 20 minutes. The way going to Jambaro is within the highway in front of Patag Elementary School. The narrow road going to Jambaro from the highway is not concrete. There are portions that is rocky and some portions are muddy. So if you come before the rain falls that is good, but if you'd come while it's raining. Honestly the road turns into a slippery and prone to accident area. I suggest it's better to take a walk and leave you vehicle at the highway in front of the school.

While walking going to Jambaro Resort someone will approach you along the way and asking you to pay " Toll fee ". Better not to discuss this topic " don't worry it's only 5 pesos not bad at all.
From that place where you are requested to pay you need to walk for 10 minutes going to Jambaro.

The entrance fee is 30 pesos which includes using of the pool. Make sure you better ask or contact this number : 0920 722-4066 to make sure your effort won't be useless. Because every other day they clean the pool and I know you don't like to swim in an empty swimming pool.

You can also rent the cottage cost 200 pesos or you can take the overnight tepee hut cost 2,700 pesos can accommodate at least 10 people.

If you forgot to bring your food or you are a type person who don't like to carry additional stuffs. The said resort cater food like, snacks, meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

If you want to unwind you can sit or sleep on the grass. Because the place is a combination of a resort and a farm. There are bunch of mango trees planted with in the area to make it more relaxing and enticing.

The pool has two portions the upper pool is 6 feet and pool below range from 2 feet to 4 feet. Its a continuous water flow that fill both pools water coming from the reservoir of the mountains.

As person who loves to travel and visit new places that I can feature in my blogs. This place is highly recommendable to everyone. Perfect for family bonding, group sessions, company outings, gatherings and many more.
Though it's my first time to visit the place, I was so amazed with it's hidden beauty. No one can expect that there is a place like this in a secluded area on the mountains.
