The C.A. Dittman General Merchandise Store
Photo 1892. On porch 2nd from left, Andrew Alley (colored), next Berthold Leysaht (store
manager), tall man in center with boots, Otis Finney, with bicycles, Luella McLeod, Henry
and Bettie Pauline Dittman (children of C.A.D.). The store closed in the late 1920's and was
demolished in 1927. The man on wagon, Mr. H..C. Gaedke.
