  i am looking for a land somewhere in the vicinity of Natividad and San Nicolas. I would like to settle here and build a house backing the mountains and overlooking Agno River or Ambayaoan. I am looking for a property away from the towns of san Nicolas and Natividad. i want a secluded home (mansion) in the middle of nowhere with endless plantations. can someone refer me to a website to view real properties around the area. thanks.

  I know you're pushed is seven years old. So it may not apply. But I am an American married to a Filipino from Lungao and I'm looking to buy land and build and retire in San Nicholas area. I would be very appreciative to learn any thing that you have gleaned from your experience. I do not need a mansion. My wife and family are wonderful. I would like to live in the Lungao area to get a good view of the mountains and have a simple life. I am interested to know how it is work for you and what community of ex-pats or may be available for fellowship. As well I would like to know about the Internet situation, the cost and capability for connectivity. Thanks so much for your time if you were able to respond. Scott
