The paddocks in Hemberg and Bächli will already be set up on Friday, June 10. Last June, the race attracted around 7500 visitors.

Mountain race in the Ecosport project of Swiss Olympic
The OC around President Christian Schmid is proud that the event in Toggenburg is the first mountain race to join the Ecosport project of Swiss Olympic and has its own event profile, which can be viewed on their homepage. This project strives for a high standard in the area of environment at sporting events. The event profile shows which ecological aspects will be taken into account at the Hemberg Mountain Race 2016 and what concrete measures have been taken with regard to environmental friendliness. This should ensure even more goodwill among the population and take further wind out of the sails of the critics.
