A beautiful, sweet flint fronted detached bungalow, set in glorious private gardens, within easy walking distance of two popular coastal villages, the North Norfolk coastal path and an award-winning gastro pub. And it's dog friendly too. Tick, tick, tick!

Neighbourhood information

The delightful North Norfolk hamlet of Wiveton is within walking distance of the popular coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley-next-the-Sea. Set in the peaceful Glaven Valley, Wiveton is home to two fabulous places to eat - the award-winning gastro pub, The Wiveton Bell, and the popular Wiveton Hall Cafe (star of BBC's Normal for Norfolk series) with it's fruit farm - where you can either 'pick your own' or buy fruit ready picked. During the late summer, the lanes around Wiveton and the paths on The Wiveton Downs are laden with elderberries, which are excellent for wine-making and preserving, later in the year Blackberries and Sloes are abundant. This area of North Norfolk is a walkers and birdwatchers paradise. Nearby Norfolk Wildlife Trust at Cley marshes is a fantastic educational centre, offering guided tours around the reserve, and has its own cafe with far reaching views across the marshes.
