Relax on your very own private sandy beach on Leavitt Bay. This bright lakefront cottage has a vast waterfront and two decks giving you a front-row seat to some beautiful sunrises and sunsets across seasons. With space and trees between each of the homes in the neighborhood, you'll feel like the lake is your own. Plus, a unique outdoor area - complete with a propane firepit, picnic table, and an umbrella to help you escape the sun. This cottage is just the place to enjoy a glass of wine and relax with the song of the loons or sightings of the Eagle fishing in the bay. The fall season is tranquil and beautiful on Leavitt Bay, fantastic for fishing, kayaking, and stargazing. The Ossipee area is close to apple orchards, farms, fairs, and tasting rooms. Bring your bikes and hiking shoes and explore nearby country roads and trails. There are many good fishing spots on Ossipee Lake and other nearby ponds. When folks inevitably grow hungry, numerous local favorites are within 15 miles of the cottage! During the summer, you will enjoy swimming, boating, and fishing on the bay, as well as a slip on an expansive dock where you can secure your boat. Two kayaks are provided.
