It is with deep sadness, we announce the passing of our Loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Great-Great-Grandmother, Great-Great-Great-grandmother, Godmother, Aunt & Friend. Belen G. Rodriguez, age 86, of Tucson, AZ. Passed away Peacefully in her home on Thursday April 27th, 2023. After a long and full life. She was a devoted Catholic and enjoyed her Family and Grandchildren. She was very loved and will be missed terribly. She will always Be in our hearts. Belen was born in the year 1936 in Lordsburg, New Mexico. She married the love of her life. Hermanegildo “Sonny” Rodriguez in Lordsburg, New Mexico in 1953. They were married for 52 years before her husband’s passing. They resided in Lordsburg, New Mexico for 6 years. They moved to California in 1959. Where they enjoyed their life together with their 7 children. 4 Daughters: Yolanda (Ruben) Chavez, Jenny (Jimmy) Vargas, Patsy (Juan) Zarate, Sandra Dominguez. Sons: Herman Rodriguez, John (Virginia)Rodriguez, Robert Rodriguez; and all Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren, Great-Great-Great Grandchildren, Sister-in-Laws; Cora Hernandez, Alice Jaso. Belen was preceded in death by her Parents; Mother: Josefa B. Gallegos & Braillio Gallegos. Husband; Brothers and Sisters. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews. May she rest In Peace. Also, her caregivers, Lucy Gallegos, Frances Vargas, Blanca, Rosa, Yanet, Beatriz and De Los Angeles did a tremendous job and loved and cared for our mother.
