This was an absolute beauty of a Leicestershire wedding which had everything! A beautiful bride and handsome groom, the gorgeous Harby Church, stunning, warm summer weather and modern wedding style to burn!
Vale of Belvoir Wedding Photography
Fran and Richard chose the traditional beauty of the Vale of Belvoir countryside and the historic Harby Church in Leicestershire for their ceremony venue. It was utterly convenient as the bridal preparations took place in the village of Harby itself so it was just a very short walk up to the church.
There’s something about the black suits. They just look classy. Richard and his groomsmen carried this attire and looked so good. There are a lot of blues and browns at modern weddings which are absolutely gorgeous, but when the black suit, white shirts and dicky bow come out, I just think it looks so right!
After the ceremony we had an absolutely super confetti photograph, which I absolutely love. It really is great when there’s loads of confetti!
A Garden Party Wedding Reception
When the sun is shining, the air is warm, you can’t beat a garden party and this one took place in the village of Knipton in The Vale of Belvoir. Lots of lovely space for the family group photographs and so much opportunity for me to capture all the smile, happiness, hugs and kisses.
The speeches were excellent - so much laughter and reminiscing of earlier events in life. I love capturing these moments during the speeches and I think they’re really special because these are the photographs when people let their hair down, so to speak and I can capture these happy moments for you to treasure.
What a way to end the day… Wedding Day Fireworks!
