Caibarién

Caibarién. Also known as "La Villa Blanca", "La Villa de los Congrejos" or "La Capital de las Velas", it is a picturesque Cuban town located on the northeast coast of Villa Clara.

Head of the municipality of the same name and birthplace of the famous composer Manuel Corona and the renowned sculptor Florencio Gelabert, is the third city of Villa Clara territory in terms of industrial development and fourth in population.

Anteroom to the famous Keys of Villa Clara, it is distinguished by its centuries-old seafaring traditions and the layout, typical of its neoclassical, linearly straight street design.
