ECE Architecture has secured a Reserved Matters Planning Permission for a residential development of 80 dwellings at Manchester Road in Ninfield, East Sussex.
Working alongside ECE Planning and on behalf of River Oak Homes, the Wealden District Council Planning Committee gave praise to the appearance, landscaping, scale and layout of the scheme following the receipt of Outline planning permission in 2019.
The development will address the need for housing in the local area, significantly contributing to the supply of high-quality homes. The scheme has been designed to create a contemporary appearance through the use of materials and detailing, whilst fully respecting the surrounding local context.
The site will include 35% affordable housing and will benefit from a range of high quality public open spaces, supporting landscaping and a highly sustainable drainage strategy.
