We will accompany you through the alleys of the town of Bolotana, in the heart of Sardinia, until the perfume has led us to a small artisan workshop that creates the traditional recipes of the grandmothers, with the same care as the housewives who have transmitted the art to them. From their skilled hands, fresh pasta and ravioli, seadas and typical desserts are made in the local variations, sweets characteristic of the festivals of the calendar and desserts that accompany the life of the people of Bolotana throughout the year. Some are secret recipes, handed down from generation to generation and jealously guarded, such as the Bolotanese amaretto, a unique flavor that you can only taste here together with the story that accompanies them.
The sweets workshop will be held in a company with a certificate of excellence for seadas and amaretti. The tradition of Bolotana offers many varieties of Sardinian specialties and some unique local peculiarities that will surprise you, such as ricotta seada and Bolotanese amaretto
On Mondays and Tuesdays, the workshop is not available and not even on Sundays from June to September
