Absolutely! Simply contact us with the text you would like on the item, or fill in the Personalization box when you order. We would be more than happy to create a one-of-a-kind memory just for you! When you order a custom item, we will send you a mockup of the design for your approval. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of our first message, we will follow-up with another mockup. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of our second message, we will send the design to production as shown. Please check your messages in order to prevent delays in the shipping of your item. Also, be sure to double-check your order before purchasing. We cannot be responsible for information that was left off of an order.

We offer UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail shipping upgrades at the time of purchase. When checking out, please select your preferred upgrade. Make sure to factor in weekends and holidays. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will do our best to get you the item ASAP. Please keep in mind that these shipping times do not include our shop’s processing times (3-7 business days).

Please remember that expected delivery dates are only an estimate, not a guarantee. Many factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days, just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution.

According to the USPS, sometimes an item can take up to 24 business hours after being marked as "Delivered" to actually arrive at the address. If an item shows as “Delivered” but has not arrived, we may ask that you wait at least 1 business day in case the item was scanned early. Also, make sure to check with any household members or neighbors who may have picked up the item without your knowledge. If you cannot locate the item by the end of the next USPS delivery day, we can help you send a request to your local post office for detailed delivery information.

Please double- (and triple-) check your address before completing your purchase. If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to our production partner. Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to reship or refund items marked as “Undeliverable”.

If you receive the wrong item, your item is damaged, or your personalization is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to let us know, and we will always take care of the issue for you. Simply send us a photo of the item within 30 days of the order date so that we can order a replacement for you ASAP.

Since our clothing items are custom printed at the time of purchase, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for items purchased in the incorrect size. In order to help with sizing questions, each clothing listing contains a sizing chart with measurements for every size that we offer.
