We have stayed here total of 5 times in the last 14 months while travelling UK from Canada. Friendly owners who are very easy to get along with. Xcellent food and service in a repurposed 1st class train carriage.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. No lift so be aware of this if you have disability needs you'd best request ground floor. Parking plentiful. Overall it's a charming example of a hotel which still has character...no key cards here!

If driving, be sure to drive thru the gorge and then the town...much more impressive in that direction. CHEDDAR CHEESE plan to tour the caves
