Small village in the Drôme, at the crossroads of Isère and Ardèche, Andancette takes place on the banks of the Rhone, about sixty kilometers from Valence. It is located about forty kilometers from Saint-Etienne, in the countryside.
Long agricultural, the town of Andancette detaches from Albon in the second half of the nineteenth century to become a city in its own right. Today, the one that preserves an important historical and architectural heritage continues to attract the visitors for its preserved landscapes and its hiking trails allowing to go to the discovery of the local fauna and flora.
