Things to see and do

Built in the twelfth century, the Church of Our Lady has undergone many transformations in the nineteenth. It reveals in its interior a crypt listed building. The latter, of the eleventh century, is considered one of the biggest and most beautiful of the department. Berry Romanesque style, it also has a choir from the twelfth century, the only remains of the original church.

Do not forget to admire the exterior of the castle of Vignoux listed historic monument, the castle and the park and Pérelle Bacchus square with its statue of the Roman god of wine.

Built in the nineteenth century, the castle Brignat is an area of ​​the Second Empire which now hosts field trips.

Walking through the city, you will also discover a city hotel of the early twentieth century, an old washing or great oratory of the nineteenth century.

The museum traces the history of vine viticulture in the region, revealing collections of tools, artifacts and other historical items.
