Poggio Moiano is a town in the Province of Rieti in the Italian region Latium, located about 45 kilometers (28 mi) northeast of Rome and about 20 kilometers (12 mi) south of Rieti.
It borders the following municipalities: Colle di Tora, Frasso Sabino, Monteleone Sabino, Poggio Nativo, Pozzaglia Sabina, Rocca Sinibalda, Scandriglia, Torricella in Sabina.
The village is located within the natural territory of the Lucretili Mountains and is known for the production of organic olive oil and especially for "The Infiorata of the Sacred Heart".
