Catalina initially started as our Account Manager, and then quickly moved to the product side and worked as the Product Owner of Aurion, a Carbon emissions management software. Catalina is very curious, analytical, results-focused, customer-focused, and reliable. Cata is amazing at implementing software and project management. She captured the clients' demands, transformed them into features, and worked closely with the engineering team on delivery to delight the customers. As a product owner and project manager, Cata quickly established a strong rapport with a variety of stakeholders, capturing their needs/priorities and materializing them. Due to her excellent communication skills, she supported and helped the delivery team with project management and technical-sales presentations. Catalina can pick up technical ideas very quickly, weigh in on the factors and priorities, and come up with decisions that make sense.
