For a city of #Bangalore size, wealth and growth potential, super premium spacious residential plots / are just too less. For instance, if some one wants to buy a 20,000 sft plot in livable areas of Bangalore, just like #JubileeHills in #Hyderabad, there are almost none. True, #Epsilon on #OldAirportRoad may have a few. And some gated communities on outskirts like #Devanahalli and #Dodballapur road may have some. #CloverFields near Sarjapur has one acre plots but that is 1. In Tamil Nadu and 2. Its unconverted agri land. Areas like #Koramangala #Jayanagar #Indiranagar and #Sadashivanagar have max plot sizes of only up to 10,000 sft. Don't you think its time Bangalore builders fill this gap at least in emerging areas like Devanahalli ? And start developing #Superpremium #GatedCommunites ?
